Is there a fee to register as an organizer?

Creating an organizer account is free. Pricing for ticketing and platform use may apply once you’re approved and start selling-details are shared during onboarding.

Why do I need admin approval?

We review applications to reduce spam and fraud, and to make sure organizers get the right level of access and support.

How long does approval take?

Timing varies, but we aim to process applications as quickly as possible. You’ll receive updates by email.

Can I run online and in-person events?

Yes. Regixo supports different event formats so you can list what matches your format.

What if I already have a Regixo account?

Use Log in from the registration dialog or header. If you need organizer access on an existing account, contact support.

Where do I get help?

After approval you’ll have dashboard access. For pre-approval questions, use the contact options shared in your confirmation email.

These default policies apply to organizer operations unless a specific event policy overrides them.

Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

These Organizer Terms & Conditions (“Organizer Terms”) govern access to and use of Regixo by individuals, businesses, institutions, promoters, communities, agencies, venue operators, sports facility owners, academy operators, turf owners, court operators, and other entities (“Organizer”, “You”, or “Your”) using Regixo to create, manage, publish, promote, sell, administer, or facilitate Events, activities, sessions, venue bookings, sports facility bookings, recreational experiences, and related services through the Platform.


By registering as an Organizer, creating Events, submitting KYC information, accepting payments, publishing listings, or otherwise using Organizer Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Organizer Terms together with applicable Platform Terms, Privacy Policies, Refund Policies, and related policies published by Regixo.


If You do not agree with these Terms, You must discontinue use of Organizer Services.



2. ORGANIZER ELIGIBILITY

Organizer accounts may only be created or operated by individuals aged 18 years or above possessing legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable laws.


Organizers represent and warrant that information submitted during registration, verification, KYC procedures, Event creation, or payout onboarding remains accurate, lawful, complete, and updated.


Organizer accounts shall not be transferred, assigned, sold, leased, shared, sublicensed, or otherwise provided to unrelated individuals or entities without prior written approval from Regixo.


Regixo reserves the right to reject, restrict, suspend, investigate, or terminate Organizer access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.



3. KYC, IDENTITY VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

Regixo may require Organizers to complete verification procedures prior to activation of payouts, withdrawal processing, or access to certain Services.


Verification requirements may include submission of:

PAN information; Aadhaar information; Bank account details; Identity records; Business information; Supporting documents; Additional compliance materials. Submission of fraudulent, manipulated, misleading, expired, incomplete, or unauthorized documents may result in payout restrictions, Event suspension, account termination, legal reporting, withholding of settlements, or related enforcement actions.


Regixo reserves the right to request updated verification information periodically.



4. EVENT LISTINGS & ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizers remain solely responsible for accuracy, legality, quality, safety, execution, scheduling, venue compliance, pricing, attendee experience, permits, licenses, taxation obligations, content, and operational management of Events published through Regixo.


For sports arenas, turfs, courts, academies, coaching facilities, recreational venues, and similar facilities listed through Regixo, Organizers remain responsible for maintaining accurate slot availability, operating schedules, facility conditions, equipment readiness, venue rules, staffing, participant management, and booking fulfillment.


Organizers represent that Events, activities, sessions, venue bookings, sports facility bookings, and related offerings listed on the Platform comply with applicable laws and do not involve unlawful conduct, prohibited activities, fraudulent schemes, deceptive promotions, gambling, unauthorized alcohol-related activities, adult content, illegal services, or similar restricted categories.


Regixo may remove, restrict, suspend, reject, edit, investigate, or disable Event listings where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or Platform integrity.


Publication through Regixo does not constitute endorsement, certification, approval, or assumption of Organizer liability by Regixo.



5. PLATFORM FEES & COMMISSIONS

Regixo currently operates under a commission-based pricing model whereby Organizers may be charged a 2% platform fee on eligible ticket sales or such revised fee structures as may be communicated from time to time.


Applicable charges, deductions, taxes, processing fees, payment gateway fees, reversals, penalties, refunds, or related adjustments may affect final settlement amounts payable to Organizers.


Regixo reserves the right to modify pricing structures, introduce revised fees, or implement additional commercial models subject to reasonable notice where appropriate.


Continued use of Organizer Services following changes constitutes acceptance of revised pricing terms.



6. PAYOUTS & SETTLEMENTS

Subject to successful completion of required verification procedures, absence of disputes, fraud concerns, chargeback risks, policy violations, or related restrictions, Organizer payouts are generally processed within 2 to 5 working days following completion of an Event.


For venue bookings, sports facility bookings, turf sessions, court bookings, coaching sessions, and similar Play activities, settlements are generally calculated on a weekly basis. Bookings completed during the period Monday through Sunday are ordinarily included within the applicable weekly settlement cycle. Eligible payouts are generally processed on Wednesdays and are typically credited to the Organizer’s verified bank account between Wednesday and Friday, subject to banking timelines and operational requirements.


Actual settlement timelines may vary depending upon payment providers, banking systems, investigations, compliance reviews, technical issues, regulatory obligations, refunds, booking disputes, or related operational requirements.


Regixo reserves the right to temporarily delay, withhold, investigate, adjust, freeze, or restrict payouts where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, abnormal activity, disputes, chargebacks, KYC concerns, Event or booking violations, legal requirements, or protection of Users and Platform integrity.


Exact payout timelines cannot ordinarily be guaranteed.



7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY

Organizers remain primarily responsible for establishing, communicating, and administering refund policies applicable to their Events, activities, sessions, venue bookings, sports facility bookings, and related offerings unless expressly stated otherwise.


Where Events, activities, sessions, venue bookings, sports facility bookings, or related offerings are cancelled, materially modified, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise disrupted due to Organizer decisions or Organizer-controlled circumstances, Organizers may remain responsible for applicable refunds, attendee communication, dispute handling, and related obligations.


Regixo may facilitate processing, communication, or technical support where reasonably possible but does not ordinarily assume primary responsibility for Organizer-controlled refund decisions.


For venue bookings, sports facility reservations, turf sessions, court bookings, coaching sessions, and similar Play activities, refund eligibility relating to missed bookings, late arrivals, weather conditions, operational restrictions, venue closures, maintenance activities, scheduling conflicts, or session disruptions shall generally be governed by the applicable policies established by the Organizer.



8. EVENT, SESSION & VENUE BOOKING DISRUPTION OBLIGATIONS

Organizers remain responsible for timely communication regarding Event cancellations, venue changes, performer changes, postponements, operational disruptions, safety concerns, or similar material updates affecting attendees, participants, or customers.


Failure to provide accurate updates, intentional misrepresentation, repeated cancellations, deceptive practices, or conduct harming attendee, participant, or customer trust may result in account restrictions, payout holds, Event removal, increased verification requirements, or additional enforcement actions.


For venue bookings, sports facility reservations, turf sessions, court bookings, coaching sessions, and similar Play activities, Organizers remain responsible for timely communication regarding slot closures, facility maintenance, booking conflicts, venue restrictions, weather-related interruptions, operational disruptions, and other circumstances affecting scheduled bookings or participant access.



9. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES & INVESTIGATIONS

Chargebacks, payment disputes, unauthorized transaction claims, fraudulent purchases, banking disputes, or related financial investigations may require review involving Organizers, payment providers, banks, attendees, or Regixo.


Liability arising from chargebacks, fraud, refund abuse, policy violations, Event misconduct, or disputed transactions shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis considering available evidence, applicable policies, payment records, Event circumstances, and investigation findings.


Regixo reserves the right to temporarily delay, adjust, restrict, withhold, offset, or investigate settlements where reasonably necessary during active dispute processes.



10. TAXES, GST & INVOICING

Organizers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable taxation obligations relating to Events, permits, revenue reporting, licenses, or regulatory requirements associated with their activities.


Where applicable, invoices relating to Platform transactions may be issued by Regixo in accordance with operational structures, applicable tax treatment, and legal requirements. Organizers remain responsible for reviewing their own independent tax obligations and obtaining professional advice where necessary.


Regixo shall not ordinarily provide tax, accounting, or legal advisory services.



11. OFFLINE SALES & EXTERNAL TRANSACTIONS

Organizers may conduct offline or external ticket sales where permitted; however, Organizers remain solely responsible for accuracy of inventory management, attendee records, duplicate access risks, reconciliation issues, fraud prevention, and conflicts arising from sales outside Platform systems.


Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for losses, overselling, disputes, access failures, duplicate entries, or operational complications arising from external or offline ticket distribution methods.



12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & EVENT RESTRICTIONS

Organizers shall not publish, promote, sell, facilitate, or operate Events, activities, sessions, venue bookings, sports facility bookings, or related offerings involving unlawful activities, gambling, prohibited adult content, fraudulent schemes, deceptive promotions, unauthorized alcohol-related activities, violence, hate content, illegal products, regulatory violations, or other prohibited conduct.


Regixo reserves the right to investigate, reject, suspend, remove, restrict, or terminate Events or Organizer accounts where suspected violations arise, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.



13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, RESTRICTIONS & TERMINATION

Regixo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, freeze, limit, or terminate Organizer accounts, Events, payouts, listings, or access to Services where reasonably necessary due to fraud concerns, repeated disputes, policy violations, KYC failures, harmful conduct, suspicious activity, unlawful Events, payment risks, chargebacks, or related compliance concerns.


Certain enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where immediate intervention is necessary for safety, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or Platform protection.


Termination or suspension shall not automatically extinguish financial obligations, liabilities, refund responsibilities, investigations, taxation obligations, indemnities, or surviving contractual provisions.



14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Regixo primarily operates as a technology platform facilitating Event listings, ticketing, venue bookings, sports facility reservations, payment collection, access management, communication tools, and related Services. Organizers remain responsible for Event execution, session management, attendee and participant experience, venue operations, facility management, safety procedures, permits, staffing, operational decisions, compliance obligations, and related activities offered through the Platform.


Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for injuries, accidents, equipment failures, venue conditions, coaching quality, participant conduct, facility maintenance issues, scheduling conflicts, access restrictions, or incidents occurring within sports arenas, turfs, courts, recreational facilities, academies, or similar venues operated by Organizers.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for Organizer-controlled decisions, Event failures, session disruptions, venue issues, facility-related issues, losses, damages, attendee or participant disputes, cancellations, operational disruptions, reputational harm, or related consequences arising beyond Regixo’s reasonable control.



15. ORGANIZER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By creating Events, listing venues, publishing bookable slots, offering activities, sessions, sports facility bookings, accepting payments, receiving settlements, submitting verification information, or otherwise using Organizer Services through Regixo, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Organizer Terms together with applicable Platform policies.


You further acknowledge that continued use of Organizer Services constitutes acceptance of future modifications to applicable policies, pricing structures, operational requirements, verification procedures, and compliance obligations communicated by Regixo.



16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, EVENT & LISTING CONTENT

Organizers remain solely responsible for ensuring that Event names, artwork, logos, descriptions, photographs, videos, promotional materials, performer content, sponsor assets, merchandise designs, or related materials uploaded to Regixo do not infringe intellectual property rights of third parties.


By publishing content through Regixo, Organizers grant Regixo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, process, distribute, and utilize Event-related materials for Platform operations, Event promotion, marketing, communications, analytics, customer support, and related lawful business purposes.


Organizers represent that they possess all necessary permissions, licenses, approvals, and rights required for uploaded materials.



17. DATA, PRIVACY & ORGANIZER INFORMATION

Organizers acknowledge that Regixo may collect, process, verify, retain, and manage Organizer information including identity records, KYC documents, payout details, bank information, Event history, transaction records, communication logs, and related operational data in accordance with applicable Privacy Policies and laws.


Submission of Organizer information constitutes consent for processing reasonably necessary for verification, compliance, fraud prevention, settlements, support, legal obligations, taxation requirements, and Platform operations.


Organizer data may be retained beyond account closure where reasonably necessary for compliance obligations, dispute handling, fraud investigations, regulatory requirements, or legal purposes.



18. COMMUNICATIONS & NOTICES

Regixo may communicate with Organizers through email, SMS, WhatsApp, dashboards, support systems, notifications, calls, or other available channels regarding payouts, compliance matters, policy changes, Event concerns, disputes, verification requests, account actions, or operational updates.


Organizers remain responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and monitoring communications. Failure to review communications shall not ordinarily invalidate notices or obligations properly delivered through supported channels.



19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Organizer Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with laws of the Republic of India.


Except where prohibited by applicable laws, disputes arising between Organizers and Regixo may be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings shall generally be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator and the seat of arbitration shall ordinarily be Vadodara, Gujarat, India unless otherwise required by law.


For matters not subject to arbitration, courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India shall ordinarily possess jurisdiction.


Nothing herein shall prevent Regixo from seeking urgent relief, injunctions, protective orders, or related remedies where reasonably necessary.



20. FORCE MAJEURE

Regixo shall not ordinarily be liable for delays, failures, interruptions, inability to provide Services, payout disruptions, technical issues, Event impacts, or related consequences arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, public emergencies, government actions, infrastructure failures, internet disruptions, payment system failures, labor disputes, civil unrest, regulatory actions, or similar force majeure events.


During such circumstances, timelines, obligations, settlements, support processes, or Platform functionality may be delayed, modified, restricted, or suspended where reasonably necessary.



21. MODIFICATIONS TO ORGANIZER TERMS

Regixo reserves the right to update, revise, modify, replace, or amend these Organizer Terms from time to time due to legal requirements, operational changes, fraud prevention measures, commercial updates, technical developments, policy revisions, compliance obligations, or related reasons.


Updated versions may become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified. Continued use of Organizer Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.



22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

These Organizer Terms, together with applicable Platform Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, Refund Policies, and related legal documents published by Regixo, constitute the complete agreement governing the relationship between Regixo and Organizers concerning use of Organizer Services.


If any provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Failure by Regixo to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of such rights.


By registering as an Organizer, publishing Events, listing venues, publishing bookable slots, receiving payouts, submitting KYC documents, accepting payments, or otherwise using Organizer Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Organizer Terms and all incorporated policies.

Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for ticket purchases made through Regixo (“Platform”).

By purchasing a ticket on Regixo, you agree to this Policy along with the Terms & Conditions.


2. Platform Role

Regixo acts as an intermediary ticketing platform between Users and Event Organizers.

  1. All events are managed by Organizers
  2. Refund rules are primarily defined by the Organizer

Regixo facilitates the refund process but is not responsible for event execution.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

  1. The refund policy selected by the Organizer
  2. The time of cancellation request
  3. The event start date and time

Users must review the refund policy shown on the event page before booking.


4. Organizer-Based Refund Policies

Each event on Regixo may have its own refund policy selected by the Organizer. This may include:

  1. Non-refundable tickets
  2. Full refund before a specific time (e.g., 24–48 hours)
  3. Partial refunds (e.g., 50%)
  4. Organizer approval-based refunds

Regixo enforces the selected policy automatically.


5. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the Organizer:

  1. Users will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket amount
  2. Convenience fees may or may not be refunded


6. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed:

Users may:

  1. Attend the event on the new date
  2. OR
  3. Request a full refund


7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  1. User fails to attend the event
  2. Late arrival or denied entry due to user fault
  3. Ticket has already been used or scanned
  4. Refund request is made after the event has started or ended
  5. Tickets purchased outside the Regixo platform


8. Convenience Fees

  1. Convenience fees charged by Regixo are non-refundable
  2. These are platform service charges and not part of the ticket price


9. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Users must initiate the request via the Platform or support
  2. Requests will be reviewed based on the applicable policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


10. Refund Timeline

  1. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  2. Actual credit time depends on the payment provider or bank


11. Third-Party Purchases

Regixo is not responsible for refunds of tickets:

  1. Purchased offline
  2. Bought from resellers
  3. Purchased outside official Regixo payment systems


12. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a user raises a chargeback:

  1. The transaction may be investigated
  2. Refund eligibility will be determined based on this Policy

Regixo reserves the right to take action in case of misuse or fraud.


13. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as:

  1. Natural disasters
  2. Government restrictions
  3. Emergencies

Refund decisions will be made in coordination with the Organizer.


14. Organizer Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for:

  1. Defining refund policies
  2. Honoring valid refund requests
  3. Managing event-related changes

Regixo may intervene in disputes but is not liable for Organizer actions.


15. Policy Updates

Regixo reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
